Neon Run 5K and 1 mile Fun Run/Walk, Greencastle
The Neon Run 5K and 1 mile Fun Run/Walk take place on May 15, 2026, in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. The event is hosted by Relay For Life of Franklin and Fulton Counties and benefits the American Cancer Society. It includes moments to honor cancer survivors and caregivers and to remember those lost.
Course terrain is varied. The route begins on the high school track, follows the cross-country training course through Tayamentasachta Environmental Center, and returns to the track. The 1 mile Fun Run uses a shorter portion of the same course.
Amenities listed for participants include a neon package while supplies last, a finisher medal and refreshments for all finishers, a time clock at the finish, and instant results. Restrooms are available and additional food will be for sale. Family friendly activities are part of the Relay For Life schedule. The event proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society. The event runs rain or shine and policies note there are no refunds.
