Nebraska Marathon - Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K & 5K
The Nebraska Marathon takes place in Papillion, NE on Sep 5, 2026, with start and finish at Werner Park. The event features four chip timed distances and a USATF certified, Boston qualifying course that routes alongside Prairie Queen Lake. All distances are entirely on paved road or paved trail.

Finish line offerings include finisher medals for all distances, ice cream and a live band. Winner medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers overall and in each age group. Age categories start at 10 & Under, include 11-14 and 15-19, then proceed in five year increments from 20-24 up to 70+.
Event gear options include a cotton/poly blend t shirt or an upgraded ladies fit tank top for an additional fee. Packet options include mailed packets for a fee of $14.99 and on site packet pick up; mailed gear typically arrives 1 to 4 days before the event. There is no gear check on site.
Support on course includes water at all stations, sports drinks at marathon and half marathon stations, and GU gels at marathon stations. Pacers will be available for the marathon and half marathon.
