NDRC & Run Forest Summer Series
The event is a fully licensed and officially measured 5K on the paved paths around Queen's Park. The course is run over multiple laps and is described as undulating, with a road and pavement surface.
Location details list Queens Park, Boythorpe Road, Chesterfield, S40 2ND. The field is limited to a maximum of 150 entrants. Entries close on 21/08/2026 and the minimum age for runners is 11 years. Numbers are collected on the night from 6:30pm at the Pavilion.
A cash prize of £100 is offered for any male or female who breaks the course record. Current course records are 00:14:59 for the male record and 00:17:03 for the female record.
Transfers are permitted up to two days before the event. Published entry fees for the event are Affiliated £5.00 and Unattached £6.00. Organiser terms allow transfers up to the stated deadline and the event notes a maximum entrant limit and an official measurement and licencing status for the course.
