NDRC & Run Forest Summer Series

The NDRC & Run Forest Summer Series is a competitive running event featuring a 5K race held on the scenic paved paths of Queen's Park. This series consists of four races, with participants required to complete at least three to qualify for prizes based on their average times. Awards are given for overall winners in both male and female categories, as well as for various age groups.
