NCLS Dragon's Path AAPI 5K/1K Race
The NCLS Dragon's Path AAPI 5K/1K Run and Walk is scheduled for May 10, 2026 at 154 Wells Ave, Newton, MA. The event marks Mother's Day and Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and recognizes the 20th anniversary of the NCLS Support Education Program.

- 1K Run and Walk timed
The course follows a flat, tree lined loop along Wells Ave. Activities associated with the event include pre race warm up sessions, live performances after the race, food and refreshments, and fresh roses for participants.
The event is hosted by the Newton Chinese Language School, founded in 1959. NCLS serves over 800 families and 1,300 students and supports language learning and cultural exchange across the Greater Boston area. Maggie Li & Co. is listed as the presenting sponsor, with additional support named from KACTUS and local running clubs Boston Snail and the Cutler Running Club.
