NAWIC PAVING THE WAY 5K Run
The NAWIC PAVING THE WAY 5K Run takes place in El Paso, Texas on Sunday, March 1, 2026. The event is based at Up and Running, 3233 N. Mesa, El Paso 79902.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 5K Run
- 1 Mile Fun Walk
Packet pickup is available early at Up and Running, 3233 N. Mesa Ste. 205 on February 28, 2026 and on race day prior to the event. Short sleeve T shirts are provided to the first 300 registered participants. Custom finisher medals are awarded to the first 300 finishers.
Awards include trophies for the top three overall male and female finishers and age group awards to the top three male and female finishers in these groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 plus. A largest team trophy is also offered.
Registration fees are listed as $30 during early registration through February 27, 2026, and $35 for late registration on February 28 and March 1, 2026. Net proceeds benefit NAWIC scholarship funds managed by the National Association of Women In Construction. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
