St. Brendan's NaviGator Event
The NaviGator 5K and Fun Run is a community athletic event held in Alpharetta, Georgia, at Halcyon. The event aims to raise funds and collect donations for Good Samaritan of Forsyth, a volunteer organization providing short-term financial assistance and referrals to residents in need within Forsyth County.
Participants can choose from several event options:
- 5K: A standard running race located at Halcyon.
- Virtual 5K: A remote participation option where packets are mailed after the event date.
- Fun Run: A 1 km distance race held on-site.
Registration includes an event shirt and a medal, provided participants register by the specified guarantee date of May 16, 2026. For those participating in the 5K events, there is an option to upgrade the standard shirt to a women's tank for an additional fee.
The in-person event provides parking for participants at the Halcyon parking garage. Race materials can be collected on the day before the event at Big Peach Running Co in Cumming or at the race location on the morning of the event. On-site participants who do not collect their packets will have their items donated.
Awards are presented for the 5K race in several categories, including overall male and female, overall masters male and female, and the top three finishers in various age groups.
