Little League Field clubhouse on the Saturday before the event, and again at the clubhouse on race day morning. Unclaimed awards or shirts after the event are donated to local charities and there are no mailings.
The 12K includes a strict 1 hour 55 minute time limit; participants who exceed that limit will be removed from the course. The event statement also specifies there are no refunds, deferrals, or credits.
An afterparty is held at Birdsmouth Brewing with food, raffle prizes, team recognition, and one complimentary beer for runners and volunteers. The local township prohibits drones, strollers, wheelchairs, bikes, and dogs on the course; service animals require prior notice to the organizers.
