Navesink 4
The Navesink 4-Mile Run takes place in Middletown, New Jersey, starting at Bodman Park. This event features two main participation options:
- 4 Miles (running only)
- 2 Miles (walking only)
The course is located along Cooper Road and is characterized by a mostly shaded route. Participants travel through an area featuring rolling hills and active horse farms. This edition marks the sixth time the event has been organized by the Jersey Shore Running Club.
Registration includes a commemorative shirt for all runners, with a specific tie-dye design provided to the first 400 people who sign up. Participants can collect their shirts and race materials at the M.Y.A.A. Little League Clubhouse within Bodman Park. The event includes a team category where individuals can create or join a group.
Safety regulations prohibit certain items on the course, including bicycles, strollers, dogs, and drones. Post-event activities are held at Birdsmouth Brewing in Oceanport.
