About the race
The Navesink 4 is the seventh running of a community race day held in Middletown, New Jersey, at Bodman Park (120 Market Street). The event includes multiple entries: a four-mile run, a two-mile walk, kids races for age 12 and under, and a team four-mile option.

- 4 miles - individual run and team option
- 2 miles - walk
- Kids races - open to age 12 and under
Registration windows and fees are provided for each event. Fees listed in the event details include $30 for the individual four-mile, $25 for the two-mile walk, $10 for kids races, and no fee for the team four-mile option. Registration opens in August 2026 and closes on the dates given for each event.
Race amenities and logistics described by the organizer include limited-edition tie-dye T-shirts (first 500 registrants), shirts for all runners, and bib pick-up at the M.Y.A.A. Little League Clubhouse in Bodman Park. Pick-up times are Friday, July 23, 5:30pm to 7:30pm, and Saturday morning, 7:00am to 8:25am. The course runs along Cooper Road and is described as scenic and mostly shaded, passing rolling hills and horse farms. Post-race provisions include a party at Birdsmouth Brewing in Oceanport, catered food, limited giveaways, complimentary ice cream at the park, and one complimentary beer for those 21 and over.
