NAV4 LiAD Recce - Ambleside to Cartmel

The NAV4: LiAD Recce - Ambleside to Cartmel is an organized running event designed for participants to explore a section of the route in a supportive environment. Hosted by Joe Faulkner and the NAV4 team on behalf of Durty Events, this recce day offers participants the opportunity to run approximately 22 miles with 2000 feet of ascent, primarily on good trails. Experienced NAV4 tutors will provide guidance on navigation, gear selection, nutrition, and event strategy.
