NAV4 LiAD Recce - Helvellyn to Ambleside

The NAV4 LiAD Recce - Helvellyn to Ambleside is a guided running event designed for participants of the Lakes in a Day challenge. Hosted by Joe Faulkner and the NAV4 team, this recce covers approximately 11 miles with a significant ascent of around 6000 feet, traversing the Helvellyn range. Participants will receive expert guidance on navigation, route strategy, and essential gear, enhancing their preparation for the main event.
