Blisco Dash
The Blisco Dash is a challenging trail run taking place on Saturday, 27th July 2024, in Great Langdale. This year, it is a British Championship race with separate races for men and women. The course is 8km/5m with a total ascent of 650m/2133ft, featuring a steep climb up Pike of Blisco.
Navigational skills and local knowledge are advantageous, and the use of GPS for navigation is not allowed by the FRA. After the race, participants can enjoy sharing stories at the Old Dungeon Ghyll pub. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
