Course and Location
The race starts and finishes on Wilson Avenue at St. Agatha's Parish in Canastota. Packet pick-up is also at this location. The 5K course uses paved roads closed to traffic, with mile markers and directional signs. The longer 12K route includes village roads, country roads, and the Erie Canal towpath. The 12K course is not fully closed to traffic, and runners must maintain a minimum pace of 12 minutes per mile. Water stops are provided at specified mile markers for both distances.
Post-Race and Additional Information
