Event Details
The 21st Annual Cazenovia Children's House Chilly Chili 5K is scheduled for March 1, 2026, in Cazenovia, New York. The event features three options: a 5K run/walk, a free Snowflake Kids Sprint (an 800-meter event for children 12 and under), and a Virtual option. All proceeds benefit Cazenovia Children's House, a nonprofit daycare that has served the community for over 50 years.
Course and Activities
The 5K course starts at the high school, travels through village streets including Nickerson, Lincklaen, and Seminary Street, and finishes in front of the middle school. After the race, an indoor party at the Cazenovia Middle School gym features chili samples, live music, raffles, and a silent auction. Friends and family can attend this party for a fee.
Registration and Logistics
Registration is online only; no paper or cash is accepted. Packet pickup is planned at Fleet Feet Syracuse, with specifics to be determined. Race day packet pickup and registration will also be available at the middle school gym. The event is a fundraiser supporting a building renovation for the Children's House.
