Event overview
The 21st Annual Cazenovia Children’s House Chilly Chili 5K takes place in Cazenovia, NY on January 25, 2026. The event is an in-person run/walk with online-only registration. Packet pickup is scheduled at Fleet Feet Syracuse on January 24, 2026 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Race day packet pickup and race day registration are available the morning of the event and race day registration carries a $40 fee.

The race program includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 800-meter (1/2 mile) Snowflake Kids Sprint for children
The Snowflake Kids Sprint takes place before the 5K. The kids sprint is free and open to ages 12 and under. The 5K is open to ages 4 to 99 and has a published entry price before fees.
Course
The 5K route starts at the high school, heads east on Nickerson Street, then south on Lincklaen Street. The course turns right onto Seminary Street, then turns north and winds through the village and town to finish in front of the middle school.
Charity and after party
All proceeds benefit Cazenovia Children’s House, a nonprofit daycare. After the race there is an indoor chili party in the Caz Middle School gym with chili samples, live music, raffles and a silent auction. Friends and family may attend the after party for a $5 fee.
