Event overview
The 21st Annual Cazenovia Children's House Chilly Chili 5K takes place on Sunday, January 25, 2026 in Cazenovia, NY. The event includes a 5K run and a children’s race called the Snowflake Kids Sprint. All proceeds benefit Cazenovia Children’s House, a nonprofit daycare serving the community for over 50 years. The organization is beginning a grant-funded renovation of its longtime building, and event funds will help cover additional project costs.

Course and logistics
The 5K course starts at the high school, heads east on Nickerson Street, goes south on Lincklaen Street, turns right onto Seminary Street, then turns north and winds through the village and town to finish in front of the middle school. Packet pickup is scheduled at Fleet Feet Syracuse on January 24, 2026. Registration is online only; race day registration and packet pickup are also available for a higher fee.
After the race
An after party inside the Cazenovia Middle School gym will feature chili samples, live music, raffles and a silent auction. Friends and family may attend the chili party for a small fee, and attendees can vote for their favorite chili. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
