Natchez Trace Trail Run - Franklin, TN
The Natchez Trace Trail Run is a trail race near Garrison Creek Trail in Franklin, TN that offers multiple distances and a ruck option. The course includes long stretches of uninterrupted singletrack, cumulative elevation, and some rugged sections that require careful pacing and fueling. The event is presented with a participant cap of 150 runners total.

Course rules require participants to remain on the designated trail. Pacers and outside assistance are prohibited. Participants must carry their own hydration systems because aid stations may not provide cups. Leave no trace principles apply and violations can lead to disqualification and notification to other race directors.
Crew access is limited to designated rest stops and roadside stopping on the Natchez Trace Parkway is prohibited; violations may result in runner disqualification. Cutoff policies apply at roughly the 23 mile and 46 mile marks on the 50 mile course.
HardRuck ruck divisions are separated into a traditional ruck division and a weighted vest division. Weight requirements are defined by bodyweight tiers and approved weight types.
