The event is scheduled for October 3, 2026, at Shelby Bottoms in Nashville, Tennessee, at the intersection of Shelby Avenue and South 20th Avenue. The main course is a timed 5K that consists of three laps around Sevier Lake, with the meeting point at Lakeview Picnic Shelter #1. A one mile Children's Fun Run is offered depending on registrations.

Volunteer opportunities cover water and snack stations, setup and takedown, and cleanup. Registration bags may include ostomy education materials and an ostomy pouch supplied by sponsors; non-ostomate participants are encouraged to wear a pouch to raise awareness and empathy for ostomy challenges.
