My Sole Knows 5K
My Sole Knows 5K is the seventh annual fundraiser supporting the outreach of the District Heights Youth Development Foundation and the District Heights Family & Youth Services Bureau. The event offers both an in person Run/Walk and a virtual option, and the in person course is USATF certified with course number MD17021NP.

- 3.1 miles for the Run/Walk in person
- 5K for the virtual option
