My Sole Knows 5K
My Sole Knows 5K is the ninth annual fundraiser held to support the outreach activities of the District Heights Youth Development Foundation and the District Heights Family and Youth Services Bureau. The event offers an in person 3.1 mile run and walk on a USATF certified course, course number MD17021NP, and a virtual participation option.
