My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot
The event is the 2nd Annual My Day 5K and 1 Mile Trot held on September 5, 2026 at Maury County Park in Columbia, Tennessee. The event expands the mission of My Day, which serves special needs youth and young adults; the 2025 My Day event hosted over 1,200 special needs youth and young adults along with their caregivers. The Maury County Fair and the Knights of Columbus are listed as supporting organizations.

- 1 Mile Trot
Packet pick-up and registration are scheduled the day before at St Catherine of Siena Church and will operate as a drive-through in the church parking lot. Packet pick-up and in-person registration also continue on race morning and close before the races begin.
Awards and results are provided live. The 5K includes overall awards for top male and female finishers, Masters (age 40 and over) and Super Grandmasters (age 70 and over). The top three male and female participants in multiple 5K age divisions will receive medals; age groups run from 9 and under through 80 and over. The 1 Mile Trot awards the top three male and female participants in youth age divisions, including 9 and under and 10 to 14. Participants who register by August 25, 2026 receive a race t-shirt. Registration fees listed are $30.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the 1 Mile Trot.
