  • 5K
  • Half marathon relay (two people must register together)

Entries include a long sleeve 1/4 zip shirt, finisher medal, hot post-race oatmeal, and free race photos. The race supports Rebuilding Together Seattle. Registration is non-refundable; entries may be deferred or transferred under the event policies. Youth and senior discounts apply for participants 22 and under or 65 and over. Additional processing fees include a carbon offset and a tariff fee. Packet pickup is offered at REI Seattle on the Saturday before the race, or bibs can be mailed for a fee.

Course and logistics

All courses run along the shores of Lake Washington. The half marathon is two laps: Lap one is 6.9 miles with a steep but short hill early on; Lap two is 6.2 miles and mostly flat. The 10K is two laps (first lap 3.7 miles with some hills, second lap 2.5 miles flat). The 5K is 3.1 miles with a steep short hill early. The half marathon relay requires both laps to be completed; the handoff area is near the finish line in the park gazebo.

Aid stations appear every 2-3 miles and supply Clif and GU gels and Tailwind fuel. The event is cupless; runners should use a handheld, hydration pack, or reusable folding cup. Free gear check is available; participants must bring their own bag. Strollers are allowed for the 5K and 10K but not the half marathon. Dogs may not participate on course but are allowed at start and finish areas. Awards are by gun time for overall top three in male, female, and non-binary divisions and by five-year age groups; awards must be picked up at the race. The course closes midday.
