MVRRC 13th Annual Turkey Run
The Moreno Valley Road Runners Club organizes an annual Turkey Run at Lake Perris Dam, Fisherman Lot Entrance in Perris, California. The event on November 21, 2026 includes multiple footraces around the dam area.

- 5K
- 10K
Online registration opens June 22, 2026 and closes November 20, 2026. Race day registration is available at Lake Perris Dam Fisherman Lot. Payment may be made online or on race day; entry fees are listed by distance.
Participant divisions and age ranges are specified for each race: the 5K and 10K include Men's Open and Women's Open divisions for ages 12 and up, and the Kids 1 Mile is divided into boys and girls ages 5 to 12.
Parking is available at the Fisherman Lot and Lot 1. Lake Perris charges a $10 per vehicle entrance fee payable at the gate.
Awards will be presented to top finishers. The 5K and 10K will award the top three male and top three female overall. The Kids 1 Mile will award the top three boys and top three girls. Overall winners of each race receive a Thanksgiving turkey provided by the organizer. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
