Event
The Music City July 4th 5K is a road 5K held on July 4, 2026, at Centennial Park in Nashville, Tennessee. The park address is 2500 West End Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203. The published registration fee for the 5K is $60. The event includes a Doggie Dash add-on; dogs registered with the add-on receive a medal, bib, and doggie bandana. The 5K has a one-hour time limit. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Every participant will receive a finisher medal, a complimentary t-shirt, and a commemorative race item.
Logistics
Packet pickup is available before race day at DICK’s Sporting Goods locations: Mt. Juliet and Nashville West. All runners must collect their race number and t-shirt at packet pickup; a friend or family member may pick up for a participant if they present the participant’s confirmation email and a copy of acceptable identification. Acceptable identification includes a valid driver’s license, state-issued ID, or passport. Restrooms and first aid will be available at the start/finish area. The course may be changed or rerouted by city authorities or the Nashville Police Department.
Awards
Awards are available at the timing tent and will not be mailed. Categories with awards include Overall top three males and females, Youth (age 14-18), Masters (age 40-49), Grandmasters (age 50-59), Seniors (age 60-69), and Grand Seniors (age 70+). Participants may claim a prize in only one category and must be present to receive it. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
