Multi Grouse Grind Challenge 2026
The Multi Grouse Grind Challenge takes place on June 22, 2026 at Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver, BC, Canada. This Centennial Edition supports North Shore Rescue through event fundraising. The organizer indicates that registration is full.
Participants complete as many ascents of the Grouse Grind as they can during the event's official hours. This is the only sanctioned day to record an official result for the most ascents in a single day. The Blue Grouse Gondola is available for descent, which shortens return time between ascents.
Key requirements and logistics: all participants must be at least 16 years old; minors require a waiver signed by a legal guardian who must act as chaperone. Each registrant must raise a minimum of CA$150 for North Shore Rescue by June 11 to be eligible. Bib pick-up is handled at Guest Services with a deadline of June 18; the bib must be picked up and the waiver signed to participate.
Participant inclusions: one event bib with RFID race chip valid for multi-use downloads on event day, two multi-use mountain admission tickets, and access to aid stations. The event is cupless; participants should carry a refillable hydration vessel. Each participant must have at least one support person at the base or top for food, clothing and monitoring; up to two complimentary gondola tickets are provided for that support person.
