Mudskipper Canadian SwimRun Championships : Milton (August 16, 2026)
The event is hosted by Canaqua Sports at Area 8 Conservation Area in Milton, Ontario (5437 Steeles Ave W). It is the 2026 Mudskipper Canadian SwimRun Championships, with the 20K course designated as the championship course. Chip timing will be used for all events. Washrooms and food will be available on site. Swim caps are provided and must be worn for identification. Water temperature is reported in the range of 68–72°F and wetsuits are optional for the open water swims.
Races and course
- 10K SwimRun (one lap of the 10K course; course includes three swim stages and three run stages)
- 20K SwimRun (two laps of the 10K course; used as the championship course)
- Open water swim options: 1.5K, 3.0K, 5.6K (lap-based course in the Area 8 quarry)
The 10K SwimRun course totals about 2.1K of swimming and 7.9K of running. Open water swim distances are lap-based around a 1.5K circuit. Race check-in and on-site registration are located at the Canaqua Sports tent. Events will proceed unless there is lightning; there is no scheduled rain date.
