Muddy Princess Raleigh
The Muddy Princess Raleigh is a 5k obstacle mud run designed exclusively for female participants. Located at the North Carolina Motorsports Park in Henderson, near Raleigh, this event focuses on a non-competitive environment where participants can move at their own pace. The course involves a variety of physical activities including running, walking, crawling, climbing, sliding, and balancing.
The event is open to individuals and teams of any size. Participants who register alone are encouraged to interact with others on the course, as the atmosphere emphasizes mutual support to help everyone navigate the obstacles. Registration is open to women and girls of all fitness levels, with a minimum age requirement of 7 years old. Participants between the ages of 7 and 13 must be accompanied by a registered, participating adult. All minors under the age of 18 require a waiver signed by a legal guardian.
The venue features a central Village area where spectators are welcome to wait at no additional cost. This area includes food and drink stalls and provides views of the start and finish lines. While there is no designated spectator zone along the course itself, family and friends can remain in the Village while participants complete the 5k route.
The event site typically opens one hour before the first group begins. On-site facilities include a bag drop service available for a fee. Different ticket tiers are offered, including standard and VIP options, and group discounts are available for teams of five or more people.
