AIMHigh Keep Pressing 5K/10K/13.1M is a community road race held in Downtown Henderson, North Carolina on May 2, 2026. The event offers individual and team registration and includes multiple course options that start and finish near 200 Breckenridge Street. Courses travel along Garnett Street and North Garnett Street and use local roads such as Satterwhite Point Road and Kerr Lake Club Road; several courses include hospitality stations along the route.

A Keep Pressing Award of $1,500 will be presented to the team, organization, or business with the most registered participants during the post-race awards ceremony; previous recipients used the award for local nonprofit support.
