Stomp the Stigma 5K - Louisburg, NC
Stomp the Stigma is a community running event held in Louisburg, North Carolina on May 30, 2026. The event is organized to raise awareness about mental health and to support community needs during National Mental Health Awareness Month. - 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk on a short community route.
- Kids Dash held entirely on the hospital grounds and open to children age 12 and under.
Timing services are provided by Run The East, LLC. Each participant receives a t-shirt and a swag bag; registration two weeks prior is required to guarantee those items. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers. Medals are awarded to the first 100 finishers of the 5K.
