Muddy Dash in Oklahoma City takes place at Lost Lake Entertainment Complex on May 30, 2026. The event is set on a multi-mile course that includes about a dozen "Muddy Moments" where participants run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide through obstacles. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist depth.
