MTPD Police Chase
The event includes a 4 Mile run/walk and a 1.5 mile dog walk that start and finish at the Silver Creek Park Field House, 3001 S. 10th Street, Manitowoc, WI. The course passes through city parks, grass and gravel trails, and a residential neighborhood with a view of Lake Michigan. The event proceeds will support the City of Manitowoc K9 program. The event is scheduled to take place rain or shine.
Registration opens June 23, 2026 and closes October 5, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00 for each listed event. Packet pickup and same day registration are available on event day.
Dog participation rules for the 1.5 mile dog walk are specified: only rabies vaccinated dogs are allowed, all dogs must be on a leash, owners must clean up after their pets, and dogs should be comfortable in large gatherings and around noise, people, and other dogs. There is no additional fee for dogs.
