MTC Pendragon

The MTC Pendragon is a challenging 46-mile ultra marathon held in Wales, starting from Llanidloes and finishing at the River Wye Activity Centre in Glasbury. The race follows the scenic National Cycle Route 8, offering a spectacular course through varied terrain with approximately 4,170 feet of ascent and 4,429 feet of descent. It forms Day 4 of the six-day Wales end-to-end CYMRUN challenge, which covers 256 miles in total.

The event is limited to 20 solo entrants plus 20 CYMRUN participants, with strict time cut-offs based on a minimum 4 mph pace.
