The MST 100 Endurance Races take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Durham, NC, at Rolling View Recreation Area (4201 Baptist Rd.). The event includes multiple race distances and runs on the Mountains to Sea Trail on the south side of Falls Lake. Registration closes on Monday, March 2.

Course details
The main course is a trail ultramarathon that starts and finishes at Rolling View Recreation Area and follows the Mountains to Sea Trail beside Falls Lake. The route crosses several bridges and runs alongside the lake in sections. About 90% of the course is single track trail, with a total elevation gain of 8,000 feet.
The 50 Mile course follows the 100 Miler for the initial 50K out-and-back, returns through Rolling View, and then completes an additional 10-mile out-and-back toward the dam. The 50K begins the same as the 100 and 50 Mile courses and is a westward out-and-back that starts and ends at Rolling View Recreation Area.
