Event overview
The MST 100 Endurance Races take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, in Durham, NC. The event starts and finishes at Rolling View Recreation Area on the south side of Falls Lake, just north of Raleigh. The races run on the Mountains to Sea Trail.
Course
The 100-mile course is trail-based and uses the Mountains to Sea Trail along Falls Lake. The route is 90% single track trail and has a total elevation gain of 8,000 feet. The course crosses several bridges and frequently runs beside the lake.

Race layouts
The 50-mile course follows the 100-mile route for the initial 50K out and back, then returns through Rolling View and completes an additional 10-mile out and back toward the dam. The 50K begins like the 100 and 50-mile courses and is a westward out and back that starts and ends at Rolling View Recreation Area.
