MST 100 Endurance Races
The MST 100 is a trail ultramarathon that starts and finishes at Rolling View Recreation Area in Durham, NC. The entire course runs on the Mountains to Sea Trail on the south side of Falls Lake just north of Raleigh, NC. Runners encounter scenic views of Falls Lake, cross several bridges, and often run alongside the lake. The course is about 90% single track trail and has a total elevation gain of 8,000 feet.

- 50 Miler
- 50 K
- 10 Miler
The 50 Mile course follows the 100 Miler route for the initial 50K out and back, returns through Rolling View, then completes an additional 10 mile out and back toward the dam. The 50K begins the same way as the 100 Miler and 50 Miler and consists of a westward out and back that starts and ends at Rolling View Recreation Area.
