Moylussa
Moylussa is a mountain running event in County Clare held on Sunday 26 July 2026. The race base is at Ballycuggaran Woods with parking available at Twomilegate. The route turns around at the Moylussa summit.
Distances
- 10.70 km with 536 m climb
- 4.40 km short course for juniors
The course runs on a mixture of narrow single track, wider fire road, sleepers and narrow forest trail. Only major junctions are marked. GPS devices are allowed.
Entry opens on 20 July 2026 and closes on 25 July 2026. Entry is limited to 250 runners. Entry fees are €7 for seniors and €5 for over 65s and under 18s. The event forms part of the Munster Championship.
Mandatory kit is Level A basic and includes at minimum a showerproof, windproof jacket. All runners must carry the required items; the specific kit to be carried may be finalised on the day depending on conditions. Failure to have the required items may result in denial of entry or disqualification. Random kit checks may be carried out. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
