Moving for Mothers' Milk Bank Southeast
The event takes place on November 7, 2026 at Sharp Springs Park in Smyrna, Tennessee, located at 311 Jefferson Pike. It features a certified and timed 5K race and a separate Kids' 1K Fun Run held the same day.

Every participant receives a commemorative T-shirt and medal. All 5K registrants are welcome to take part in the Kids' 1K Fun Run at no additional cost.
Registration details are provided for each race. For the 5K, registration opens October 24, 2025 and closes January 1, 2026 with a registration fee of $35. For the Kids' 1K, registration opens October 28, 2025 and closes October 1, 2026 with a registration fee of $15.
The event is hosted by Mothers' Milk Bank Southeast, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit milk bank that provides safe, pasteurized donor human milk to vulnerable babies. Funds raised will support donor screening including bloodwork costs; collection and transport of donations from Milk Drop Depots to the processing facility in Murfreesboro, TN; provision of pasteurized donor milk; the Compassionate Care Fund for the Outpatient Program to reduce cost barriers; and purchase of essential lab equipment.
