Framily 5K benefiting Friends of Mill Ridge Park
The event is a community 5K held at Mill Ridge Park, organized by Friends of Mill Ridge Park. It is the fourth annual Framily 5K and takes place on the park's Grassland Loop Trail, which passes through meadows, ponds, hilltops, and cedar glades. Participants may also use a quarter-mile paved loop for a shorter, more relaxed route.
The event offers free participation or an optional premium upgrade for $35. The premium package includes an official timing chip, race bib, Framily 5K t-shirt, professional photo, and a Friends of Mill Ridge Park water bottle. Results will be posted on-site and online.
On-site amenities include refreshments, music, guided stretching, and first aid. Proceeds support park programs and parkland care managed by Friends of Mill Ridge Park. The organizer notes a no refunds policy.
