Move to Your Own Groove Run, Walk and Roll
This is the Family Achievement Center's 8th annual all abilities run, walk and roll held at Colby Lake Park in Woodbury, Minnesota. The event offers multiple distance options and is described as family friendly and open to people of all abilities, from wheelchair users to competitive runners. Participation is not limited to Family Achievement Center patients.

The event is not chip timed. Race day registration and packet pick-up are available. Race entry includes a race shirt; registering by August 9 guarantees a shirt on event day, and registrations after that date may not receive a shirt. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
