MoVal Runs 2nd Anniversary 5K - Perris, CA
The MoVal Runs 2nd Anniversary 5K takes place on June 27, 2026 at Lake Perris, 17801 Lake Perris Dr, Perris, CA 92571.
The course uses an out and back route on the paved trail along the lake, running toward the dam and returning to the finish. The course is described as completely flat.
Event registration includes an event T shirt if registered before June 7, a custom bib, a custom finisher medal for all registered participants, race day photos, and an awards ceremony for top finishers. There will be a water station at the halfway point and complimentary drinks and snacks at the start and finish. The finish line area will feature multiple booths from local sponsors offering fresh juice, coffee, athletic apparel, and community services.
The 5K is open to runners and walkers; strollers and dogs are permitted with a request that they start toward the back of the pack. Children in strollers do not need to register unless a finisher medal is desired. Registration will be capped at 250 entrants and there will be no same day registration. A park entry fee of $20 per vehicle is charged separately at the Lake Perris entrance.
