The Mountain Sheep Canyon Run takes place in Page, AZ on April 11, 2026. The event is held on Navajo Nation land but follows local Page, AZ time (same as Phoenix). Courses and aid
The 10 Mile course covers sand and slot canyons of Mountain Sheep Canyon and Antelope Canyon. It is a loop that begins on double track, moves into single track through washes, follows ridges on dune and under mesa baseline, then descends into a slot and returns via a downhill wash to the start/finish. The course includes an ascent of 850 feet and a descent of 850 feet. The organizer rates this course medium hard effort. There are four water/Tailwind Nutrition hydration points and one aid station offering snacks and food. The race is cupless; participants must carry their own water bottle or pack.
The 5K is a lollipop-style loop that starts on a sand double track, goes into a wash and slot called Owl Canyon, and returns to the double track for the finish. It is rated easy to easy-medium effort and has one water station at the halfway mark. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
