Mountain Sheep Canyon Run
The event takes place near Page, Arizona, on Navajo Nation land in the Mountain Sheep Canyon area of Antelope Canyon. Two course options are offered: a 10 Mile loop and a 5K lollipop loop.
The 10 Mile course follows double track into single track through washes and along ridges on dune and under mesa baseline, then descends into a slot in Mountain Sheep Canyon before returning along a downhill wash to the start and finish area. Total ascent is 850 feet and total descent is 850 feet. The course is rated medium hard effort. There are four water or Tailwind Nutrition hydration locations on course and one aid station with some snack and food. This is a cupless race, so participants must provide their own water bottle or hydration pack; no disposable cups are available on course.
The 5K course is a lollipop style loop that begins on sand double track, enters a wash into Owl Canyon, and returns to the double track for the finish. It is rated easy to easy medium effort and includes one water station at the halfway mark in the wash.
Bib pickup is at the start line on 4/10/2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on race morning at the start line. The event follows local Page, Arizona time, which matches Phoenix time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
