Horseshoe Bend Ultras
Horseshoe Bend Ultras is a multi-distance trail event held in Page, AZ. Courses include:
- 50 Miler
- 55K
- Half Marathon
Routes traverse desert sand and slickrock and include smooth singletrack around the plateau above Page. The 50 Miler and 55K pass near notable landmarks such as Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. All courses finish near Page with views of Lake Powell and Glen Canyon Dam.
Expo and packet pickup occur the day before the race at the Page Sports Complex, 477 Haul Rd, Page, AZ 86040; a bag drop is available. All runners must park at the Page Sports Complex on race day; a designated runner drop-off area and spectator parking are located at the same site. Event organization is managed by UR Trail and Ultras as part of the Underground Runner Series.
Event policies note that distance changes are allowed up to the Wednesday before the event and bib transfers are permitted until two weeks prior. Refunds are not available. A cultural presentation is scheduled at the expo and additional event information is provided at the Page Sports Complex. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
