Mount Sinai Turkey Trot 5K
The event is the 15th annual Mount Sinai Turkey Trot, held on Saturday, November 28, 2026, at Mount Sinai schools in Mount Sinai, New York. Check-in and day-of registration take place in the Mount Sinai Middle School new gym; the start and finish have been moved to a location in front of the middle school as part of a slightly revised course layout.

Registration details are listed for online and day-of entry. Online pre-registration for the 5K closes on November 27 at 6pm. Entry fees are stated separately for online pre-registration and day-of registration for both distances.
The kids fun run follows a loop around the middle school and finishes at the 5K finish arch; an alumni participant will lead the children on the out-and-back portion. Parking is requested at the middle school because access to the high school lot will be limited on race morning.
Awards are presented for overall male and female 5K finishers, age-group top three in multiple brackets, top faculty/staff from the Mount Sinai School District, youngest male and female 5K finishers, and top finishers in the kids 1K. Amenities include dry-fit shirts for preregistered participants, post-race refreshments, and a post-race awards ceremony. Activities and accommodations for children are provided.
