Mount 5K and Fun Run 2026

The Mount 5K and Fun Run 2026 takes place at the Mount Academy campus located in Esopus, New York. This inaugural event features an all-grass course designed for participants who wish to compete, walk, or jog while viewing the campus scenery. Professional timing for the event is provided by Fulton Accurate Timing.

The event offers two distinct distances:

5K: A running race on an all-grass course.
1.5 Miles: A Cookie Fun Run catering to specific age groups.

The 5K race requires a registration fee which supports the athletics programs at Mount Academy. All individuals participating in the 5K receive a t-shirt as part of their registration. Winners within each age group are awarded homemade pies.

The 1.5 Miles Cookie Fun Run is a free event specifically for participants aged 14 and younger. Those taking part in this run are asked to bring a plate of cookies to the event.
