Mount 5K and Fun Run 2026
Mount 5K and Fun Run 2026 is a community running event held at Mount Academy in Esopus, New York on May 23, 2026. The event takes place on the school campus and features a grass course for the 5K. The Cookie Fun Run precedes the main race and is intended for children aged 14 and younger.
Distances
- 5K: all grass course on the Mount Academy campus
- 1.5 Miles: Cookie Fun Run for ages 14 and younger; participants bring a plate of cookies
Registration for the events opens March 13, 2026, and closes May 16, 2026. The Cookie Fun Run is free. A registration fee applies for the 5K and the fee supports the athletics programs at Mount Academy. All 5K participants receive a t-shirt. Winners in each age group receive a homemade pie. Concessions are available for purchase. Results are provided by Fulton Accurate Timing.
