Event
The Mother's Day 5K Run/Walk takes place on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in Georgetown, MA. The event features a 5K course that starts and finishes at the Perley School. The course is described as flat and goes down Route 97 and through a neighborhood. Walkers, dogs, and strollers are allowed. The event will be held rain or shine. A portion of proceeds will be allocated to various charitable entities.
Logistics and extras
Registration fees follow a tiered schedule: $25 through December 31, $35 through March 31, $40 through May 9, and $50 on race day. Youth 15 and under fees are $20 through December 31 and $25 through race day; youth entries include a race shirt. Unisex shirts in sizes YS–3XL are available while supplies last and are guaranteed to the first 100 registered.
Packet pickup and race-day registration are located in the Perley School parking lot. There will not be any water stations on course. There is no parking at the Perley School on race day; parking on side streets is permitted with attention to posted signs. Organizers recommend parking at Georgetown High School or the Georgetown Park and Ride and walking to the Perley School.
Awards sponsored by Damask Cakes will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and the top three strollers. Post-race benefits include a bib-based redemption at Sylvan Street Grille locations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
