About the race
The Mother's Day Classic in Karratha is a community fun run and walk held at Hampton Oval with a flat out-and-back course along The Esplanade and back to the oval. The route follows a bayside path and is suitable for walkers, runners, prams, and wheelchairs.
Facilities and logistics at Hampton Oval include on-site registration and check-in at Hampton Park, nearby parking, toilets, accessible parking and toilets, water stations and fountains, and designated event area signage. The course allows dogs on leash and is pram and wheelchair friendly. The event operates as a fun run/walk with no official run timing on the day.
