Morland 'Marathon'

The Morland 'Marathon' is a 30-mile trail ultra event held near Penrith, starting and finishing at Morland Village Hall in the Eden Valley. The course is largely off-road with mixed terrain and features 3,000 feet of elevation gain. It runs through scenic countryside, hugging the Pennines to the east and the Howgills to the south, passing stone circles, waterfalls, fells, meadows, and historic villages near the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
