The Morecambe Music 5k & 10k is presented by Morecambe Academy and organised in collaboration with Lancaster Races. The event takes place on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 in the LA4 5BG area. Both races run along the promenade near the school. The event holds UKA Licence number 29955.

Entries and fees
Online entry fees for the 5k are £12 for all athletes. Online 10k fees are: affiliated athletes £21, unaffiliated athletes £23, Lancaster Runner's Club members £17. Some online portals may add a small extra charge. Entries on the day are cash only. On-the-day fees for the 5k are £15 for all athletes. On-the-day 10k fees are: affiliated athletes £25, unaffiliated athletes £25, Lancaster Runner's Club members £20. Registration opens at 4.30pm on the day. The organiser operates a no refunds, swaps or deferrals policy.
Race services and finish
