About the race

The PFW Running - The Bog Trotter 10k takes place on Sunday, 29 November 2026. The event is a 10 km trail run. The course is a 10 km loop on trail paths through a country park, with a short section on pavement. It passes Marton Mere nature reserve, Herons Reach golf course, and Blackpool Zoo, offering views of Blackpool Tower and Stanley Park.

The event start and finish is near the Village Hotel on East Park Drive in Blackpool (FY3 8LL). The maximum number of entrants is 150. All participants must be over 18 years of age. Entries close on 28 November 2026.

All finishers will receive a bespoke medal and post-race snacks. The event is held under UK Athletics rules. Refunds are not permitted, but deferrals or transfers to another runner are possible up to one week prior to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
