Moose Mountain Trail Races
The Moose Mountain Trail Races are organized by Lewiston Ultra Events and take place at the West Bragg Creek recreational day-use area near Bragg Creek, Alberta. The event uses original trail systems within Kananaskis Country and has been held since 1992 as Alberta's oldest sanctioned trail race.

Courses run on forested single track and double track. Reported elevation gain and loss by distance are: 16KM 460 m, 29KM 1220 m, 42KM 1620 m, 50KM 2351 m. Aid stations are provided at various points depending on distance, with locations listed around 8KM, 9KM, 20KM, 22KM, 27KM, 33KM, 36KM and 42KM for the longer events. The race includes course cutoffs and procedures that may redirect or remove runners who do not meet checkpoint requirements.
Registration and policies: entry fee is 145 CAD plus GST and platform fees, minimum age 18 on race day, American Express and Discovery cards are not accepted. There are no refunds and no waitlist. Bib transfers are allowed between distances except transfers into the 50KM; transfers are subject to an administrative fee and a transfer deadline.
