Moose Mountain Trail Races

Moose Mountain Trail Races, Alberta’s oldest sanctioned trail race, is hosted by Lewiston Ultra Events in Bragg Creek, starting and finishing at the West Bragg Creek recreation day-use area in the Kananaskis Country park system. The event offers four solo distances: 16 km, 29 km, 42 km, and 50 km, weaving through forested single- and double-track trails with 8,000-foot Moose Mountain as a dramatic backdrop. Runners traverse rolling prairie into the foothills on community-built trails totaling a challenging elevation gain across distances.
