The Moose & Goose Wine Run is a 5k event at Moose & Goose Winery, 6300 Middle Rd B, Temple, TX 76501, on February 21, 2026. The race is chip timed and scored by J3 Timing and results will be posted online. The event site offers handcrafted fruit wines and onsite animals including goats.
Entry, awards and logistics
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a bottle stopper, a chip-timed race bib, results posted online, and a pour of wine. Minors may participate with a discounted registration; minors do not receive a wine glass or a wine pour. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed on site.
Age group awards are offered for the top three finishers in each age category. Competitive runners should start with the first group to be eligible for age group awards. Awards must be picked up on race day and will not be shipped. Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available, with an option to have the packet shipped for a $10 shipping and handling charge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
