Event details
The Moose & Goose Wine Run is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 in Temple, Texas. The event takes place at Moose & Goose Winery, 6300 Middle Rd B, Temple, TX 76501. Results are timed and posted online by J3 Timing. Packet pickup is race day only and will open one hour before the event starts. Virtual participation is available; registrants can either pick up their packet and run on their own or request that the packet be shipped (shipping and handling fee applies).
What is included and other policies
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but do not receive a wine glass or a wine pour. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not permitted on site. Free race photos will be available for download after the event. The event supports a local charity partner, Our Lady of The Angels Maternity Shelter, and age group awards are offered in 10-year categories up through 80 and over.
