Montgomery Half Marathon and 5K
The event takes place on March 13, 2027, in downtown Montgomery, Alabama. The course begins in front of the water tower on Tallapoosa Street, with the starting line at the corner of Tallapoosa Street and Coosa Street, and finishes in The Riverwalk Stadium.

Age and entry rules note that entrants for the half marathon must be 17 or older on race day; runners under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver. The 5K is open to all ages. Registration fees listed are $60.00 for the half marathon and $30.00 for the 5K; registration open and close dates are provided by the organizer.
Timing and results use chip timing from start to finish with a gun start. The half marathon has a 4-hour time limit; recorded times will be published up to 4 hours and 5 minutes, after which a runner will not be counted as an official finisher. Course checkpoint cutoffs are enforced: at the 5-mile and 10-mile marks, runners slower than the listed cutoff times will be picked up; runners who continue must sign a waiver.
Finishers in both events receive a medal. Age group medals are awarded only to placed athletes and must be collected in person or by a proxy; unclaimed medals are kept by the event partner and are not mailed. Downtown parking includes metered spaces with meters turned off where permitted and parking decks within walking distance of start and finish. Race bib exchanges from the half to the 5K are permitted only during Friday packet pick-up; no refunds are issued for switches. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
