Course and logistics
Races run mainly on country roads through rural Central New York. The half marathon is mostly on paved roads with a couple of miles on packed dirt trails near Howland Island. The 10K and 5K are entirely on paved roads. Course maps are provided for all events.
Hydration stations will be placed along the courses and medical professionals will be on site. The organizer recommends that runners come prepared with additional fluids or hydration belts.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the run at the Montezuma Audubon Center and there is race day packet pickup at the same location.
