Monster Mash Dash 5K & 1 Mile

The Monster Mash Dash is a Halloween-themed running event scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026. It takes place in McLean, Virginia, at Franklin Sherman Elementary School. The event includes several race categories:

A live, timed 5K race.
A live 1 Mile Fun Run.
A Virtual 5K.
A Virtual 1 Mile.

Costumes are encouraged for participants. Pre-registered runners in the live events receive a race shirt, a finisher's medal, a race bib, post-race snacks, and access to free digital race photos.
