9th Annual Monster Dash presented by the Now You SEE Me Foundation
The Now You SEE Me Foundation stages the 9th Annual Monster Dash on October 25, 2026 at Comanche Park (Pavilion 2), 2600 Rigsby Ave., San Antonio, TX. The event offers in-person and virtual options and supports spinal cord research and athletes who lost their life or were severely injured while training.
Race distances and formats include:
- Half Marathon
- Half Marathon Relay (2 & 3 person)
- 10K
- 5K
- 5K Wheelchair
- 1-Mile Family
- 400 m Kid Run
- Virtual 5K option
Each participant receives event swag including an event T-shirt, finisher medal, a Chick-fil-A meal card, post-race breakfast tacos, Hammer Nutrition gel, and a post-race beer subject to brewery supplies. There are plenty of water stops for the half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 5K wheelchair; Gatorade is provided on the half marathon course.
Awards are planned for overall and age-group finishers across multiple events, with masters and age-group divisions listed for the half marathon, 10K, and 5K, plus wheelchair and youth awards. The Athena and Clydesdale divisions have first place trophies for select races. Children ages 5–7 in the 400 m must be accompanied by an adult; ages 11–15 require parent consent.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Stone Ridge Shopping Center, 20831 US 281, San Antonio on Saturday, October 24 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, with additional packet pickup on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
